• DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SULFATES? 

Absolutely not! Our products are 100% all natural, organic, and chemical/dye free! This includes sulfate free, paraben free, mineral oil free, gluten free, and most are even vegan!

•  CAN I USE THE GLAM & GROW HEALTHY HAIR SYSTEM WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?

Of Course! Our products are created with 100% all natural, organic, and pure ingredients!

• CAN I USE THE GLAM & GROW HEALTHY HAIR SYSTEM ON MY INFANT, TODDLER, OR CHILD?

Yes! Founder, Vee Sheppard actually created the Glam & Grow Hair Healthy Hair System for her oldest daughter, when she was 9 months old and has had amazing results! We recommend waiting until atleast 3 months of age for certain products, as that is the age most pediatricians promote the introduction of essential oils.

• MY PRODUCT LOOKS SLIGHLY DIFFERNT THAN THE PICTURE. I CAN SEE A SUBSTANCE OR WHAT SEEMS TO BE DEBRIS IN MY PRODUCT?

Please keep in my that our products are 100% handmade and processed. All essential oils and herbs carrier oils are pressed and strained in house. Due to this, some herbs and sediments tend to pass through the straining process into the product. It is completely natural and does not contaminate product. 

Also note that our products are free from harsh preservatives. So natural settling and separating of ingredients is normal. Some ingredients also take different forms when under sever hot or cold temperatures. Please give product a shake, stir, or slight heat to get product back to original state. This in no way effects the quality of the product.

• WHAT PRODUCT COMBOS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR MY HAIR?

We HIGHLY recommend using a moisturizing base before applying ANY styler, and following up with an oil to seal and add shine! Here’s a guide on what styler combos may work best for your hair type! 

FINE & CURLY: Miracle Spray + Gel OR Smoothie OR Mousse + Stimulant Oil OR Spay Oil

MEDIUM & COILY: Miracle Spray OR Moisturizing Milk  AND/OR  Balm + Gel OR Smoothie OR Mousse + Stimulant Oil OR Herbal Oil AND/OR Spay Oil

• WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:

If orders have been purchased under a sale/promotion, please allow an additional 3-7 business days, as products are made to order. 

Shipping is through USPS, and transit time is generally 1-3 business days.

Pleased keep in mind that our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality, hand poured, and handled with love. We promise it's worth the wait!

• HOW DO I GO ABOUT A REFUND/EXCHANGE?

Due to the nature of our business, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! 

The ONLY exception is fulfillment error or product damage upon arrival. In this event please contact us so that we may help resolve the issue.

Please contact us via email with your name and order number. We will do our best to help assist in every way possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any orders returned due incorrect/incomplete address or due to failure to sign/pick up. If your order is returned to us, your order will be canceled and refunded minus shipping cost. If order is lost or stolen in transit, a file will be claimed via USPS and your order will be reissued.

Any disputes initiated with your financial institution, will automatically result in a forfeiture of any exchanges or credit. All disputes will be appealed, and turned over to collections.
